Stokes Brownlee - Construction Leader in South Carolina

Based in Saint George, South Carolina, Stokes Brownlee serves as the chief operating officer of Construct South, Inc., and oversees a full range of building activities from pre-bid to project closeout. His team manages complex undertakings focused on emergency services, medical facilities, retail facilities, and educational facilities. Stokes Brownlee actively engages with the local community and focuses on projects that add economic and social value to rural regions.

Mr. Brownlee oversees the efforts of 50 employees and coordinates with tiered subcontractors in areas such as fire alarm systems, electrical systems, generator systems, lighting, and design. Among his accomplishments are helping secure and manage the largest contract awarded to Construct South since its founding as a woman-owned entity in 2006. Mr. Brownlee holds state qualifications in commercial electrical contracting and commercial business.
